4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different product or size, please contact us for assistance. Exchanges are subject to availability and must follow the same process as returns.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@cutiemakeups.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover the cost of return shipping.
6. Refunds
Once your return is processed, we will issue a refund for the amount paid, excluding shipping costs. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
